Our training schedule is based on the extensive research and publications of Dr. J. Daniels, a world-renowned running expert and exercise physiologist.  In order to place athletes in the correct training group, we will periodically assess their VO2 Max, which is the point at which the body can no longer increase the amount of oxygen it uses despite the intensity of exercise increasing.  This test is used by the USA Triathlon as well as many other organizations.  Click the photo below to go to the VO2 Max calculator.
